It provides a unified operational view where transportation, warehousing, labor, and client requirements converge into a single, actionable picture of your entire logistics ecosystem across your orders.

Objective & Approach
To imagine an Analytics Hub that helps in improving business operations in the E-Commerce domain.
While our commerce team was dealing with the customers, many of them had shown keen interest in envisioning the “behind-the-scenes” operations. As part of the new product introduction, Command Center has commenced to meet the customer expectations.
Defining the scope
As per the SME suggestions, we started thinking in the direction of the order score dashboard, and how our customers can gain value in using this analytics hub as a service.
Our Business intelligence team started testing out multiple data sets and factors that could influence an order score. Such as carrier performance, location performance, and fulfilment services.
Users
As per our findings and understanding that we had gathered from PMGs and Subject Matter Experts, we have assumed two primary users for commerce command center.

Fulfilment Manager
"Sometimes it is a stretch to deliver the orders in the promised time without the knowledge of suitable fulfillment services”.
John is responsible for order scheduling, order fulfilment, and tracking. Being a fulfillment manager, John has to implement scalable business processes and customer service standards to deliver orders efficiently.

Dina Yeva
E-Commerce Executive
"Order cancellations due to false commitments are a major set back”.
As an Executive, Dina’s objective is to grow the business by improving customer experience, executing customer order fulfilment, and maintaining the digital platform. Dina also conducts data analysis to generate data-driven market insights.
CCC Dashboard overview
Command Center Dashboard comprises of Perfect Order Score, trends, and its influencing factors such as Delivery commitment, Quality of Fulfilment & Cost Optimization.
Perfect Order Score is a measurement that reflects the success of any business operations.
Insights also will be fetched by the system intelligently, which gives us a picture of how good/bad the business is doing.

Delivery Commitment
The Delivery Commitment page allows you to track the number of order lines executed. What was the Avg time taken to deliver orders as compared to the promised time to deliver?
In Delivery Commitment, the on-time delivery rate can be measured based on the market segments, product categories, and fulfillment methods.
One can estimate or identify which particular location group or fulfilment method is giving good results as per the business goals.
