👋 Hello!
I’m Kirti, a Senior UX Designer based in Bangalore with over 9 years of experience shaping intuitive, data-driven, and emotionally resonant digital experiences across gaming and enterprise systems. Currently, I lead UX initiatives at Zynga, where I’ve contributed to flagship titles like Willy Wonka Slots and CSR 2, driving player engagement through HUD design languages, shop revamps, and live-ops optimization for global audiences. My approach blends behavioral psychology, narrative thinking, and systematic design to craft user journeys that are as rewarding as they are seamless.
Before Zynga, I designed enterprise/SaaS modules at Blue Yonder, redefining how supply-chain managers visualize inventory, demand, and fulfillment performance. This cross-domain experience, spanning entertainment and analytics, has helped me bridge creativity with strategy, ensuring that user experiences serve both people and business goals.

Beyond design, I co-run Extreme Underground India, a Bangalore-based metal collective that has hosted over 20 international bands and organized multiple heavy metal concerts across the country. As the creative director, I design all the creative assets and digital marketing materials, including posters, t-shirt designs, band promotions, and ad content, to establish the collective’s visual identity. I also handle live concert videography, capturing performances and producing content for our YouTube channel. Alongside this, I practice pen-and-ink illustrations inspired by death metal and horror genres, exploring the darker, more expressive side of visual storytelling.


I’m currently focused on growing into a Principal UX and design leadership role, combining design thinking, research, and product vision to align user experience with business goals. My goal is to cultivate a culture of mentorship and player-first innovation, creating experiences that not only inspire and engage but also drive measurable impact and long-term value for the business.
